We meet at your home — no cost, no pressure. You show me the spaces you want reimagined, and I listen to how you live, what you need, and what you’d love to change.
Your Tailored Quote
We prepare a clear, itemised quote for your specific project — no vague estimates. You'll see exactly what's included, what the investment looks like, and why every line item is there.
You Give the Go-Ahead
When you're ready, you approve the quote and pay a deposit. From here, we take the weight off your shoulders — organising materials, equipment and trades, and agreeing on timing that suits you.
Planning & Scheduling
You’re kept fully in the loop. We confirm delivery and installation dates, update you if anything shifts, and make sure everything aligns with your availability.
Installation & Delivery
Your space begins its transformation. We manage the trades, oversee quality, ensure the design is followed, and maintain full safety compliance. All we need is access to your home (and ideally water and toilet facilities).
Clean, Tidy & Ready to Enjoy
We leave your home spotless and your new space ready to love. Tools packed away, surfaces cleaned, everything neat. we walk through every detail with you against the agreed scope. You won't be handed a list of things to sort out yourself. If you’d like old cabinets or small furniture removed, we can handle that for a small fee, too.
